The EPA is gradually closing down run to waste systems that allow the excess nutrient to flow into the under ground water supply. The Nutrient Recovery Pot/Bag System was developed by Des Boxsell to replace the run to waste systems.

NO WASTAGE OF NUTRIENT
The tray that supports the Pot or Bag turns for easy picking of flowers and for pruning of the plants. The system can be clipped to the 120mm or 182mm Ell-Gro channel, and be easily removed to return to your normal NFT system during changing seasons.

Using the Pot/Bag system allows you to plant at least two vine crop plants into each pot/bag, thus giving twice the production to a straight NFT system, where you have only one plant per hole.
It also allows you to have a variety of plants in the same system. Each plant is feed from the top with the fresh nutrient from your tank.
